Adult Education

There are many opportunities during the year for smaller groups of people to get together to explore topics of faith in today’s world.

On Tuesday mornings, Pastor Chris leads a bible study that takes a detailed look at passages in the bible as a way to help us better understand the Word of God. Pastor Chris also leads classes for preparation for confirmation, adult baptism, or reception into the church.

There is also an Inquirer’s Class. This is a small group of people who are looking to explore their personal faith and learn more about the Episcopal church. In the fall, Pastor Chris holds very informal gatherings called “Anglican Snippets” during which she looks at some of the historic details of our faith and explores in greater detail why we do certain things.

We also have Lenten study programs. These programs have been open to all members of the church and often entire families will come for a week of bible study in preparation for Easter.
